Belt-grinding machine BG45 is designed to grind and polish the cutting edge and back surfaces of the knives of different forms.
There is a possibility to sharpen the knives with diameter up to 1000 mm or two-bladed knives with diameter 2x500mm.
2 alternating current drives 2,2 kV, rotation speed of a grinding wheel 30 m/sec.
Abrasive band dimensions (length x width): 2800x50 mm, graininess 120 or 400 mkm.
Digital control system: Schleicher FNC7 with control panel, 5 controlled axises , Kollmorgen Seidel drive.
